Prairie Wind Toastmasters was organized for a number of reasons:
1. We want to develop leadership skills for the current workforce in the area ... and especially the new generation of workers.
2. We want to provide opportunites for those in rural North Dakota to join a Toastmasters club (most clubs are located in larger communities in the state).
3. We want to provide opportunites for local community leaders to grow their speaking and leadership skills.
